Annual Public Program: “Two Day Bio-Cybernetics Program”

“WOW!” that’s how I felt over the weekend! I had a ball of a
time. It felt good to conduct the two-day program after a long
time. Since I was busy with trading, a few classes proposed
earlier had to be postponed. Hence, I was really looking forward
for this class.
The Tenth Workshop

‘Nature, Existence – Realizing the Link between Human Mind and
its Surroundings’; that was the title of the tenth workshop I
conducted yesterday, Sunday 22 June, for the participants of my
public program. The short title was ‘The Unconscious Mind’.

Saturday morning, 14th June 2008, I was at Sunway Pyramid
Starbucks. My wife and her company staffs were off to Sunway
Lagoon Theme Park for some fun.

A Trip To The Doctor!

I have been quite ill the past few days. This is very rare.
Normally, I would cure myself through meditation and breathing
exercises. However, this time I chose to get my doctor’s advice
as it was quite serious.
